Enlistment and Membership Requirements

 In order to be accepted into the Staffel each applicant must met the following requirements:

1. Each Applicant must commit to being an active participant in the Staffel.
2. Each Applicant must pass a flight test evaluation before being invited to join the Staffel.
3. Each Applicant must agree to be civil and respectful at all times - in the game, on Teamspeak, and on the various public forums.
4. Each Applicant must fly under the '4./JG53_', or '4./KG53_', Staffel tag at all times - no multiple game names.
5. Each Applicant must be over 18 years of age.
6. Each Applicant must be able to speak and understand the English language.
7. Each applicant must be able to participate in the online war - Ghost Skies.

 4./JG 53 is currently participating in the online war - Ghost Skies. Ghost Skies missions run three nights per week:

• Sunday
• Tuesday
• Friday

 Each member of 4./JG 53 must be able to participate in at least one Ghost Skies mission per week. Of course exceptions can be made on a case by case basis but it's important that each member be an active and regular participant in the Staffel.
